This diminutive kitchen superhero might be tiny, but it certainly packs a punch with three sharpening stages to repair, re-edge and refine blade edges. Use slot 1 to grind chips or other damage from the edge. Use slot 2 to recreate a sharp edge on a dull knife. Simply pull the knife through either slot from heel to tip 3-5 times and repeat the process in slot 3 after sharpening to further refine and polish the blade edge with zirconia ceramic honing rods.
