How much are your delivery charges?

How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail.

When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of receiving your order for items that are in stock. During busy periods this may take longer, however we will advise you via our order tracking system of extensive delays.

Where do you deliver?
We currently only deliver to mainland UK, but please contact us if you have any special requests.


What do you do with my personal information?
We use your information to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers (if you have opted in), update our records and maintain your accounts with us.
We also use this information to improve our store and platform, prevent or detect fraud or abuses of our website.
We DO NOT pass or sell your information on to third parties. If you subscribe to our products and services update via email, you can unsubscribe from this service at anytime by sending us a message via our contact page.

What happens if I have a complaint?
We have strict internal procedures for dealing promptly with any complaints our customers may have. If you have any complaints, comments or suggestions as to how we can improve then please contact us.

Your complaint will be treated fairly, confidentially and with respect. Home Hardware will:

  1. Respond to your email within 1 working day and issue a reference number for future correspondence.
  2. Endeavour to resolve the complaint within four working days.
  3. Contact you on the said date if the complaint has not been resolved to issue you with a name of a contact and telephone number of a higher authority at Home Hardware.
  4. Contact you to apologise and provide reassurance that Home Hardware will do all it can to prevent the problem from occurring again.
