Featuring a heavy-duty construction of aluminised steel, its robust properties are strong, hardwearing and even warp-resistant under high temperatures. Internally reinforced with superior Black Diamond non-stick coating that is seven times stronger than any other coating, prevents food from sticking, making for an effortless release and exceptional clean. You can also use metal utensils against the tray without causing damage due to its high abrasion resistance. The removable rack tray keeps poultry and meat elevated during roasting; allowing fat and juices to collect at the bottom for a healthier alternative or you can use it to make delicious gravy. While suitable for use in the oven withstanding temperatures of up to 260C/500F, this can be used in the dishwasher - although hand wash is recommended to maintain the tin's finish.
